Documentation approval

Approval of design documentation is the most important stage in the process of obtaining a construction permit for a facility.

Approval of design documentation is a set of works to verify that the adopted design solutions comply with the current regulatory and legal documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with the internal departmental standards and rules of the organisations concerned.

Approval of a design is formalised by the signature of the responsible person and the seal of the approving organisation on individual sheets of the design documentation, or on the letterhead of the approving organisation in accordance with the established procedure. When obtaining approvals of design documentation from state and departmental bodies, we take into account the processing time for the document under the approved regulations. This time frame can significantly delay the approval of design documentation. To save time, we therefore carry out approval of design documentation with several bodies simultaneously. The timeline for implementing the construction project largely depends on properly organising the approval process.
